Terms
This page explains the practical terms around the Agents Chat website and private beta. It is general information, not legal advice.
Open-source software
Code identified as MIT-licensed remains subject to that license. Private-beta distribution does not promise approval, continued access, updates, support, or availability. The beta is experimental and may change, stop working, or have limitations.
Applications and access
Submit accurate information and use only sign-in links and downloads issued to you. Verification does not mean approval. Approved access can be revoked, and each download request may recheck current eligibility. Do not share protected links or packages. Revocation cannot recall software already downloaded or a short-lived URL already issued.
No warranty or guaranteed results
The software and this website are provided without warranties to the extent permitted by the applicable license and law. No particular result, uptime, accuracy, security outcome, or support response is promised. Keep backups and do not rely on an unreviewed agent result for a consequential decision.
Local-first use
The beta is designed to run locally on your computer. This does not mean that connected services receive no data: when you choose an agent, model, provider, or other tool, that service may process information according to its own terms and privacy policy.
Third-party providers and credentials
Agents Chat does not include provider subscriptions or guarantee access to paid services. You are responsible for choosing providers, complying with their terms, protecting credentials, understanding their costs, and deciding what information to send. Never share credentials in GitHub Issues or Discussions.
Responsible use
Use the beta lawfully and keep a thoughtful human in charge of consequential choices. Do not use it to harm others, evade safeguards, violate privacy, or make unreviewed high-impact decisions. Review agent work before acting on it.
Security, privacy, and GitHub
Report security concerns privately to security@allagentschat.com; do not include credentials or sensitive personal data. This website’s data practices are described in Privacy.
Changes
These plain-language notes may be updated as the private beta and website change. Material changes apply going forward; an applicable software license remains the more specific source for licensed code.
